This continuous dosing and mixing plant was designed and built for the automatic production and dosing of paste-like mineral special building materials.

The dry compound (mixture of various powdered raw materials) is stored in a storage container/silo and is precisely dosed into the continuous dynamic mixer (continuous mixer) using a special screw feeder with an upstream loosening agitator for the production of paste-like special concrete (wet mix).

The liquid components (additives, water) are dosed into the flexible mixing pipe of the continuous mixer according to the recipe and in proportion to the mass flow of the dry compound.

In the mixing pipe, the dry compound and the liquid components are mixed homogeneously to form a paste-like special concrete and conveyed to the storage container (with integrated homogenizing agitator or push floor discharge system) of the dosing station. Dosing pumps are mounted at the outlet of the storage tank, which are used to dose the paste-like special concrete for processing in production. 

The design of the entire continuous dosing and mixing system is carried out in accordance with customer-specific requirements and the process engineering task.
