This automatic container emptying system and conveyor and dosing system was designed and built for the automatic continuous dosing of crystalline products (granules).

The granulate is stored in big bags or drums and can be emptied from the containers in various ways using the emptying station. Before the continuous dosing process, the granulate is automatically conveyed to the dosing station's storage container using the connected suction conveyor system. Metallic foreign objects are separated/removed by a magnetic separator mounted at the outlet of the storage container. The continuous, volumetric dosing (gravimetric dosing also available as an option) of the granulate is carried out automatically by a vibrating dosing chute into the customer's production plant.

The design of the filling plant and the dosing equipment are carried out in accordance with customer-specific requirements and the process engineering task.
