This automatic filling system was designed and built for emptying canisters and automatically batch dosing and filling liquid chemicals.

The liquid raw material is stored in canisters and conveyed by a compressed air diaphragm pump to the storage tank, to which two filling lines are connected.

Filling line 1 uses a gear metering pump and a coriolis mass flow meter to automatically dose and fill the liquid raw material gravimetrically into small plastic bottles (250 ml). The small plastic bottles are transported and positioned under the filling valve automatically via a conveyor belt.

On filling line 2, the liquid raw material is automatically dosed and filled gravimetrically into large plastic bottles (10 l) using a gear metering pump and scales.

The design of the filling plant and the dosing equipment can be designed and manufactured tailor made corresponding to the specifications and procedural job definitions.
