This automatic IBC emptying and dosing system (double station) was designed and built for the automatic emptying of IBCs and dosing (batchwise, continuously) of liquid chemicals. The liquid raw material is stored in IBCs, homogenized with a container agitator, and flows by gravity into the connected storage and venting tank, to which the dosing pumps are connected.

For processing, the liquid raw material is dosed gravimetrically or volumetrically into the mixer of the production plant using dosing pumps and flow meters in accordance with the recipe.

Several dosing pumps can be installed in the IBC emptying and dosing station.

The design of the plant and the equipment for dosing are carried out in accordance with the respective requirements and the process engineering task.
